today.. was kana waked up by hubby.. have some quarrel but ok le la.. hm den we went to dunman sec trainin.. as 9.30am when we reach ther.. as i told hubby should late more abit.. but the mR wong call hubby to go.. is lik there is the others why not call others do.. they always find excuse den ended doin is hubby n we the big.. n some handworkin junior.. they shld noe hu are the lazy wan lor.. haiz.. den.. coach reached around 10.30am.. den.. they wanted to play dragon so i play the long wei.. but ended hitted hubby lot of times.. sorry hubby.. forgive me.. as i cried right away i feel hurt n pain for hittin hubby.. haiz.. sorry.. den they play dragon.. again.. tis time got willy, larry, sidney, weeyee, adrain, bing chuan, jason, coach, hubby.. n den aft tat.. they start trainin lion liao.. den.. bing chuan is the most hardworkin de lor.. he train until the whole body is wet n the pant is wet.. he the handworkin ok.. so does jason.. he can pullin ppl.. den he leg i tink will blue black ba.. haiz.. the hardworkin lor.. haha.. den i n hubby when to learn dragon ting.. cos hubby promise me wan to teach me de.. hehe.. teach some.. but i tink i mostly de jiu forget liao haha.. hm.. den.. weilong, guoyuan, kuan seng.. finally is here.. haha.. but we endin soon le la.. haha.. den we slack awhile after the trainin.. den heard alot of ting la.. den we went to eat.. n dear cum to my hse.. den we slack.. slp.. rest.. den.. 10pm he gone home le...
